Employer customers
Employer Service Agreement
The master agreement for organisations that subscribe to FinVeil. Covers fees, data processing obligations, POPIA responsibilities, SLA commitments, and termination.
Employees
Employee Access Terms
Terms that apply to individual employees whose payroll data is processed through FinVeil. Covers consent, data rights, access to payment history and (where applicable) Wellness Suite scoring, and withdrawal of consent.
Developers and API consumers
API & Developer Terms
Terms for developers and integrators who access FinVeil through its REST API. Covers rate limits, acceptable use, intellectual property, and credential security.
Verifying third parties
Verification Access Terms
Terms for third parties who verify payroll receipts or employment data via FinVeil. Covers data minimality, prohibited re-sharing, and permissible verification purposes.
