Per-transaction rail fees
FinVeil bills either way: a flat subscription tier with a metered API-call quota, or pure per-transaction pricing with no subscription (the reseller model). These are the per-transaction rail fees. No rail is processing live payments yet.

Partner program
Channel partners earn 20% referral fee in year 1, 10% in year 2, on platform subscription revenue from introduced clients. Partners keep 100% of implementation fees. FinVeil contracts directly with end clients.

Frequently asked questions
Do you hold funds?
It depends on the flow. Split payments settle at source: Paystack pays each party's share directly to that party's Paystack subaccount. Other collections (payment links without a split, and API collections) settle into FinVeil's Paystack merchant balance, and payouts, when enabled, are funded from that balance. Paystack debits refunds and chargebacks from FinVeil's balance.
How do provider fees work?
Paystack deducts its own processing fee from each payment before settlement. FinVeil's own fees are the ones shown on this page. Confirm current provider rates with each provider.
What's your SLA?
Uptime targets vary by tier: 99.0% for Starter, 99.5% for Growth, and 99.9% for Scale. FinVeil does not yet measure or publish uptime, so treat these as targets. Contractual terms are defined in the service agreement.
