Do you hold funds?
No. FinVeil is an orchestration layer. Funds move directly between the customer, their bank, and their licensed provider. We never hold, pool, or custody funds.
How do provider fees work?
Provider fees (Stitch, Paystack, etc.) are passed through at cost and invoiced separately. The rates shown are indicative — confirm current rates with each provider.
What's your SLA?
SLA targets vary by tier: 99.0% for Starter, 99.5% for Growth, and 99.9% for Scale. SLA terms are defined in the service agreement.
