Information Officer
An Information Officer has been designated per Section 55 of POPIA. Registration with the Information Regulator is in progress. In the interim, all information requests can be directed to privacy@finveil.money.

Request procedure
To request access to records held by FinVeil, submit a completed POPIA Form 2 (Request for Access to Record of Private Body) to privacy@finveil.money. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a valid request as required by law.
Fees
No fees are charged for requests relating to personal information. FinVeil reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for requests that require significant administrative effort beyond personal information retrieval, in line with the prescribed schedule.
Section 51 exemption
FinVeil qualifies for the Section 51 exemption as a small business. A PAIA manual is published voluntarily for transparency.
