Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use FinVeil to:

• Process personal information without a valid legal basis under POPIA
• Discriminate against employees on prohibited grounds
• Make adverse employment decisions without human review
• Circumvent rate limits, scrape data, or abuse API endpoints
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or attempt to compromise the Service
• Misrepresent FinVeil data to third parties

FinVeil may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities. Serious violations will be reported to law enforcement and to the Information Regulator.
