For banks & scheme partners
Give your corporate clients payment infrastructure.
White-label FinVeil's payment orchestration platform. Your BIN, your float, your brand — our routing, our receipts, our runtime.
The problem
Your corporate clients won't wait.
- •Meanwhile, your corporate clients are integrating with third-party fintechs directly — siphoning interchange and float out of your bank.
- •White-labelling lets you start from infrastructure that is already built, instead of a blank page.
The solution
White-label FinVeil. Offer it as your own.
Your corporate banking team gets an API-first payments product to offer mid-market clients — branded as the bank, sold by the bank, settled through the bank. FinVeil runs the rails, the routing, the receipt chain, and the developer experience underneath.
How the bank earns
Five revenue lines. One integration.
Push-to-card interchange (roadmap)
A joint opportunity: with your acquiring BIN sponsorship we launch Visa Direct push-to-card together, so you earn the scheme interchange without building the integration yourself. On the roadmap; no push-to-card integration exists today.
Settlement float
Corporate clients fund via your transactional accounts. The float sits on your balance sheet until settlement — not on a fintech’s.
Revenue share on fees
A 15–20% share of FinVeil’s margin on every transaction processed through the white-label product — billed monthly, reconciled transparently.
White-label licensing
A predictable platform licence fee per year — independent of volume. Covers branding, onboarding flows, SLA tiers, and certification for your operating environment.
New corporate acquisition
Open a net-new product door for your SME and mid-market corporate teams. A payments API is a first-touch product that leads to lending, deposits, and FX.
What you get without building
What exists today.
- ✓A routing engine that scores eligible providers and rails, selects one, and records the decision and its fallback order for each routed transaction.
- ✓Paystack verified end to end in test mode. Yoco and PayFast run against sandbox credentials. Ozow and Stitch (PayShap, RTC) adapters are built but not yet connected.
- ✓Transaction Proof: a SHA-256 receipt for each settled transaction, batched hourly into a Merkle root stored in FinVeil’s database.
- ✓A REST API with a published OpenAPI spec, signed outbound webhooks, and a test mode on the same API. SDKs are available on request.
- ✓Pre-revenue and honest about it: FinVeil has not processed live customer volume yet.
Integration model
Your BIN. Your brand. Our infrastructure.
BIN sponsorship
You provide the acquiring BIN. FinVeil provides the orchestration engine, rail integrations, and receipt chain.
Settlement
Funds flow through your transactional accounts — corporate pays in, recipients pay out. Your treasury sees every leg.
Compliance
Transaction Proof receipts give every settled transaction a verifiable record through FinVeil’s verification API. AML/KYC handled through your existing stack; FinVeil attaches metadata to every receipt.
White-label
Your brand on the corporate-facing UI and developer portal. Our infrastructure underneath.
White-label product menu
Three more products to offer your corporate book.
FinVeil Connect
Offer a white-label split-payments product to the bank’s marketplace, platform, and aggregator clients — built on Paystack subaccounts and split payments.
Reconciliation
A corporate-banking value-add: a tally of collections, fees, and payouts by status. Matching against provider settlement reports is not built yet.
Conditional payouts
Approval records for payouts that should only go out once a condition is met. Releasing funds through a rail is not wired yet.
Let's build this together.
A partnership conversation, not a sales pitch. We come to you with a working product in test mode, a clear view of what is and isn't live, and a commercial model that aligns with how a bank actually earns.
